Everything the counter, the workroom, and the books need
One self-hosted app, no license to buy. Every feature below ships in the open-source repo — nothing is held back behind a paid tier.
Fast Intake
Search or create a client, add garments, and tap alterations from a searchable, most-used-first service catalog — or type a custom line. See the running total, upload garment photos from a phone, and print a ticket, all without leaving the order screen.
- Client search with phone/email/name matching
- Most-used-first catalog picker, plus free-text custom lines
- EXIF-corrected, thumbnailed garment photos from a phone

Service Catalog & Inventory
An admin-managed price list by category, with default price, VAT rate, and estimated work minutes per alteration — seeded with ~30 realistic Belgian alteration prices out of the box. Pair it with materials inventory: thread, zippers, buttons, and fabric with quantity on hand, a low-stock indicator, and a full stock-movement audit log.
- Per-item price, VAT rate, and estimated minutes
- Pick a material on an order line — stock is consumed automatically
- Received / consumed / adjusted audit trail

Workload Planning
A weekly calendar charges each order's estimated minutes against a configurable daily capacity, with an overdue panel, an express lane, and a workload preview right on the intake form — so you never promise a day that's already full. Drag and drop to reschedule an order directly on the calendar.
- Configurable daily planning capacity
- Overdue panel and an express lane for rush jobs
- Drag-and-drop rescheduling on the calendar

Garment Tickets & Client Portal
A printable per-garment ticket (label-width or A4) with a QR code back to the staff order view, plus a separate client receipt with a QR code to the online tracking page: shop branding, a status timeline, a "ready for pickup" banner, itemized alterations, and shop address/hours — no login required. Links are revocable and regenerable at any time.
- Label-width or A4 printable garment tickets
- Tokenized, no-login tracking page per order
- Prices shown or hidden on the portal, your choice

Invoicing
Combine one or more orders into a sequentially-numbered invoice (format configurable from Settings, e.g. 2026-0001), download a branded PDF with a VAT breakdown, track draft/sent/paid/overdue status, see a monthly revenue overview, and export the invoice list to CSV. Invoicing is admin-only, matching a typical shop's separation between counter staff and the books.
- Sequentially-numbered, branded PDF invoices with VAT breakdown
- Draft / sent / paid / overdue status tracking
- Monthly revenue overview and CSV export

And the rest of the toolkit
Dashboard
Today's pickups, due-soon and overdue counts, one-click status advances, and a recent-activity feed.
Notifications
One-click "notify client" by email or SMS (Twilio) when their order is ready, in their own language, with consent respected and every attempt logged. The app keeps working even if SMTP/Twilio aren't configured.
Settings & Branding
Shop name, address, phone, opening hours, logo, VAT number and IBAN, daily planning capacity, invoice numbering, notification templates — all editable in-app, no redeploy needed.
User Management
Admins create, edit, and deactivate staff and admin accounts from the app — no shell or database access needed. Any user can reset a forgotten password via an emailed link.
Search
The topbar search box looks across client name/phone/email, order codes, and garment description/brand/color in one go.
Multilingual
The client portal, printed documents, and the full back office are available in Dutch (default), French, and English — documents render in the client's own language regardless of who's logged in.
